History

From the Beginning

How it started

Inspired by his roots in Naples, Chef Alfredo Repole created Pizzeria Da Alfredo as a modern Italian restaurant that offers authentic flavours and a unique dining experience. Chef Alfredo grew up with a passion for food so becoming a pizza chef was an obvious choice from a very young age.

The award-winning restaurant opened its doors to its first location in Sydney, on October of 2016 with one main goal - to offer that real original wood-fire pizza taste that’s exclusive to Italy.

Within a short span of time, Pizzeria Da Alfredo has earned great patronage, fan following and support in and around its neighbourhood.
